This promotion is open only to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of enrollment and who successfully register for Goody’s Fast Lane
During the Promotion Period, for every one hundred (100) points Members earn, they will be entered with one (1) entry into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Sweepstakes Prize of one (1) Goody’s Branded Sweatshirts. Shortly after the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will select the name of four (4) potential winners in a random drawing from among all entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Participation Sweepstakes Prize: $25.00.
