How to enter: Investigation Discovery’s Premier New Year 2019 Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 1, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”). However, the Promotion Period consists of eight (8) Entry Periods (each an “Entry Period”) and a bonus drawing, which are specifically detailed in the chart below. All entries must be received by the end time and date (detailed below) of each respective Entry Period to be eligible for the applicable drawing. At the beginning of each Entry Period, eligible entrants must tune in to Investigation Discovery and take note of the code word (the “Code Word”) that will appear on the screen at various times during each Entry Period, (during shows (via snipes) and during commercial breaks). Then, during such applicable Entry Period, visit www.investigationdiscovery.com/giveaway (the “Promotional Site”) and follow the instructions to complete all required information on the registration form, provide the correct Code Word for the applicable Entry Period, and submit the online entry form (hereinafter an “Entry”). Incomplete Entries will not be eligible, but Entries featuring an incorrect Code Word will still be accepted.
Bonus Entry – During the Promotion Period, entrant can receive one (1) bonus entry by joining the Crime Obsession by Investigation Discovery Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/CrimeObsession) (the “Facebook Group Page”). The entrant must have a Facebook account (“Account”) in order to join the group. If entrant does not have an Account, entrant may visit www.facebook.com to create one. Accounts are free. Facebook’s Terms of Service apply (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). Once entrant is logged in to their Account, entrant can search for Facebook Group Page and click “Join” to join group. Entrant will receive notification of acceptance to group from Facebook. Once entrant receives acceptance into group, entrant can view the Facebook Group Page to obtain a bonus code. Entrant must then visit the Promotional Site, provide the correct bonus code and submit the online entry form (hereinafter a “Bonus Entry”). Entrants may receive only one (1) Bonus Entry during the Promotion Period, and such Bonus Entry will only be entered into the Bonus Drawing. Bonus Entries will not be entered into any other drawing regardless of when received. Incomplete Bonus Entries and Bonus Entries featuring and incorrect bonus code will not be accepted.
