All eligible Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of each Monthly Entry Period as outlined below, to be eligible for that Monthly Entry Period’s random drawing only. You may earn additional entries for each eligible survey completed during each Monthly Entry Period. You may earn additional entries for each eligible machine registered on an eligible manufacturer’s site. Limit five (5) Entries per person/email address during each Monthly Entry Period regardless of method or combination of methods of Entry.
