Contest commences on February 1, 2019 and ends March 15, 2019

This is a SKILL CONTEST (not a random drawing, game or chance or sweepstakes)

To enter: submit a text message of kindness or appreciation (an “Act of Kindness Message”).

  1. Act of Kindness Message – Requirements:
  1. The text message must be 100 characters or less.
  2. The text message must contain an inspirational message of kindness or appreciation that is positive and uplifting.
  • The text message must be your original work and in full compliance with Section 5 below;
  1. The text message must include your first name, last initial and age.

Potential winners will be determined from among all eligible entries received. All eligible entries received will be judged by Sponsor on the below listed criteria and awarded merit points within the ranges stated for each: -0- points representing no merit and the maximum number of possible points representing the highest merit.

Creativity: how creative is the message 0 to 200
Act of Kindness Message: how positive and/or uplifting is the message 0 to 300
Aptness to the Red Vines® brand and

Peace, Love and Vines™ theme: how does the message reflect positively on the Red Vines – Peace, Love and Vines theme

0 to 400
Interest: how interesting is the message 0 to 100

The top thirty (30) Act of Kindness messages that receive the highest number of total possible points will qualify the respective entrants to win a prize.


The thirty (30) selected winners will each receive one (1) box containing twelve (12) 5.0 oz Red Vines brand candy packages (tray packaging), each candy tray package having the selected winner’s text message printed on the inside bottom of the tray (ARV: $21.00/box).

Notification of Winners. Potential winners may be notified via telephone, email, mail or in person (at Sponsors sole discretion) on or about March 18, 2019.

There is a limit of one (1) online entry per person.

Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and other protected territories and possessions of the U.S.) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry and have Internet access.
